Cancellation Policy

For London Serviced Apartments A full refund may be given where we have received suitable written notice of the cancellation. The notice period required for cancellation is:

• For bookings of up to 6 nights duration - 7 days notice prior to arrival date is required. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% cancellation charge equivalent to the booking charge.

• For bookings between 7 and 21 nights duration - 9 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 9 days before the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.

• For bookings between 22 and 179 nights duration - 23 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 23 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 10 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.

• For bookings of 180 nights duration and over - 70 days notice prior to the arrival date is required. For cancellations received less than 70 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 60 nights’ accommodation will be incurred.

• Cancellation policy is subject to amendments at sole discretion of honest champions and its network partners operating the serviced apartments.

• This is for illustration purpose only. Detailed cancellation policy shall be issued at the time of booking with fact sheet.

For all other locations

• Once booking has been made and paid there is no refund.

• If you have credit with honestchampions this will also be for any apartment confirmed in writing.
